Karumba Kinyua is the founder and CEO of Pinehill Consulting, a Nairobi, Westlands, based investments, risk and strategy consultancy. He holds Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and a Master’s degree in Finance and Strategy. He also holds qualifications in accountancy, risk and investment. Starting his career as an accountant, Karumba rose to head business units in publicly listed companies.
He has worked in locally and in Europe and the USA for leading companies such as Britam, Old Mutual and Centum Investments. He sits on the boards of various private, public and charitable organisations. He enjoys watching rugby and football and has in an interest in fishing. Karumba lives in Nairobi with his wife Peris and their children Jesse, Joel and Alicia.
